TYPE HP

HP Type

The pneumatically or hydraulically controlled nozzle type HP (High Performance) has a needle shut-off which stops the melt stream directly at the mold interface. The HP nozzle is adaptable with several different technologies such as; MuCell® and other physical foaming procedures or melt pre-compression.

The pneumatically or hydraulically actuated machine bolt shut-off nozzle type BHP, is used principally in processing of shear sensitive materials and also in combination with hot runner systems. The straight and large melt-flow channel provides optimal rheological conditions.

TYPE E(ELASTOMERS)

NE Type

The pneumatically controlled nozzle type NE (Elastomer) has a needle shut-off which stops the melt stream directly at the mold interface. The NE nozzle is specifically designed for use in elastomer processing. Rubber, liquid silicone rubber and other elastomers can be processed without fear of vulcanisation due to the nozzle’s integrated cooling system which uniquely regulates temperature through the entire nozzle.
